*Please Note: The turnaround times that are listed above are based on the client’s ability to send all required content, details, and information for the project upon request. Failure to do so may result in the timeline being pushed back.

terms + conditions

Single design project, branding consultation, and social media marketing fees MUST be paid upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and Joi Solutions. All other projects require a 50 % RETAINER FEE.

Retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, and they are applied to your project’s final balance. This fee covers the designer’s billable hours of work. Retainers MUST be paid in order to begin your project. No work will completed, and you will NOT receive any proofs, drafts, or mockups until the retainer has been paid.

The client retains all rights to project designs once the files have been paid for in full, unless otherwise stated by Joi Solutions.
